Coach Troy

Troy is a high-potential player and we're grateful to have him as he starts his coaching journey! He has a mild-manner approach in his leadership style, but is very sharp in his thoughts and careful in his wording. Because he is a person of few word, he puts a lot of effort into designing exercises that bring out his topics, so those he is coaching learn through doing, and his words carry weight. More importantly, Troy has a heart to help others and we are thankful he is with us!
